I became time served after a 4 year apprenticeship. In a fast paced environment I worked through the ranks and become factory manager. With the knowledge I have gained along the way I have put myself in an excellent position to provide quality customer service and ensure you, the customer will receive expert workmanship. We have a team of fitters with over 20yrs exp each!

Great service, installed remote controlled electric roller shutter to isolated building. Surveyed, provided a competitive quotation for various possible options and selection of colours. We selected option, fitted shutter within one week. Both installers (Carl and Ian) professional, friendly, tidy workers. Whole job done in the morning 9am to 12:30 , removed existing up and over garage door, installed good quality door, removed old door and tidied work area on completion. First time I have used Elite Security shutters, I would highly recommend them to do a good professional job for anyone wanting a shutter. They get 5 stars in my opinion. I contacted a few different Roller Shutter providers, many still haven’t responded and only 1 other bothered to provide a rough quote, although they never came out to take a look. Carl responded to my online query the same day and turned up the following day to measure up at the time he said he would. I had a confirmed quote for the work a few hours later, which included a couple of different pricing options. He even put me in touch with an Electrician who could fit the external socket required. I had a confirmed date for the work 6 days later, with the new Roller Shutter scheduled to be fitted 2 weeks after that. He turned up on the morning as arranged, fitted the new Shutter and took the old rotten wooden gates away for me. The overall price was as quoted with no hidden extras and was at the lower end of some of the online estimates I had looked into. Thoroughly recommend. ~ Mark H
Great experience from Elite Security Shutters. I purchased a garage and had an initial no obligation measure up, with a quote sent to me the same day. Due to delays with the purchase, the guys came again a few months later once we finally had access, to confirm measurements and advise on the best security that could be installed. The lead time was around a week for the door to be made. On the day of installation, I met with the guys at 9am and everything was done by 12pm. Very knowledgeable guys and a quality job was done. ~ Aza P
